Bought the wrong type of Cricut accessories for Christmas. Trying to return was not easy and not quick. Plus I had to pay for the return. $15. After two weeks I still do not have my money returned.
Talk about poor Customer Service. I was going to but the right product, but after this decided not to. To set yourself apart from competitors, you must have top notch Customer Service.
I would have left a no star rating.
