Likes some of the other customers, my Maker rubber rollers went bad after minimum use. Customer service was consistenly pleasant but not helpful. To acknowledge a defect but only provide $25-$50 for a credit on a new machine is insulting. They don’t even offer suggestions for repairs. “Warranty covers a year”. The credit is for the purchase of a machine. After watching videos on line I finally got the machine to work. First lesson open box and ensure rollers are aligned properly. Second lesson, if mat doesn’t grip, check rollers. Cricut alleges they made allowances for the defect in the Maker 3.
