I ordered a Cricut maker machine about 2 years ago now and wasn’t offered an extended warranty at the time. So I started having problems because it would not cut the cut sensormarks or calibrate. I called Cricut into almost a year after purchase and was only told that the machine was out of warranty and it was nothing they could do to help but offer me a percentage off of a new one. Do they think I’m a fool. I would NEVER BUY another one nor refer anyone else to buy one from Cricut.com. This machine was a waste of my money. I even tried to contact the CEO of the company because this machine was a lemon from the start. I’ve been writing and sending videos of what’s happening and still NO ANSWER….
