If I could rate them 0 stars I would! I approached cricut to help me with a few issues with my maker 3 , they disabled the machine over night and placed an order for a replacement which I'm grateful for but failed to let me know that I will not receive my new machine for 14 working days. This left me unable to earn money , unable to buy food , pay bills etc and I have a 2 year old. All they could offer me was a sorry and £10 voucher and even the £10 voucher was offered when I said how disgusting it is that other than sorry they won't offer anything at all.
