I only used my cricut twice in 4 years as it was intimidating. I decided to spend some time learning the machine and found that a defect (known issue with rubber rollers moving) had occurred. After searching the issue and finding many people with the same problem I decided to call them directly. I was told my machine was out of warranty and there is not a repair for this. Basically the 300.00+ machine was no good. No recall was ever issued for this known problem and there was nothing that could be done. My only goal is to prevent others from getting a product that is not backed by the manufacturer. The photo on the left shows the problem. No fix!!
