Lockdown might have got better of my faculties to deal with this shoddy company which asks for money before work is done. Should have read this online reviews first..Never too old to learn a lesson. I only accepted their overpriced offer because they promised a tight timeline. Could not be more wrong! Months later the work is not done. ...Cowboy surveyor, shoddy pencil drawings which he will not be able to explain properly, and unreasonable commercial manager/ office person will make your life hell! Absolute Con-Artists as another reviewer has stated. Coul not put it better. Nothing much about the installers themselves, though the office, sales and whoever runs this operation are not trustworthy at all. They are not effective or concerned with the customer experience, especially unskilled when dealing with complaints. If an issue is raised, they just closed off and tried to deny any liability. You might need to record your conversations if you happen to deal with them - yet again - WHY? Do some more research... I have to look for another company to put this unfinished work right. It seems to have been going on for years - why do they not learn. I guess as long as there are fools parting with their money...
