My late husband and I purchased Crocodile Garage doors for our double garage in February 2019. Sadly, my husband passed away 6 months later and just recently I found myself in a position that one of the securing screws on the sensor on one of the doors became loose. I contacted Crocodile and cannot express too strongly how helpful these people, from the very friendly lady on the telephone to the engineer who called within 48 hours and with a very cheery smile "fixed" my problem immediately.
