I had a single garage door fitted less than 3 years ago at a cost of nearly £4,000. Firstly there is a design fault on the bottom of the door that rodents can chew through the cables, to replace this is £350.00, when I reported the call handler wasn't surprised. Also,the door doesn't always close fully, so then you have to use the control panel to close it, I don't know what anyone would do if they didn't have another exit.
Don't waste your money on buying!!!
