We waited a long time to get our veranda installed. It went into months not weeks. It looks great but after sales is very poor. We have rung several times to get something redone but still they have not rung us back to arrange an appointment. We had to have them back once as the guttering was leaking badly, but the second problem they are ignoring us.
WE love our veranda but the phone aftercare staff are not nice helpful.
Would not recommend Crocodile just for the lack of aftercare.
