Customer service- We were visited by a Crocodile service engineer whose name is Neil. He was very helpful and friendly. He very quickly solved our problem with the door, checked out the rest of the door, explained what had gone wrong and cheerily went off to his next call. It was very refreshing to meet someone who knew his business so well and was kind and helpful. Thankyou Neil & Crocodile.
