The two roller garage doors were fitted seamlessly by Paul and Chris who showed excellent knowledge of the product and how to fit them . I would give them five stars what stopped that was the lack of customer communication , the salesman stated I would have my doors fitted in six to eight weeks after ten weeks I communicated my displeasure at no information to immediately receive a phone call and be told I was in the wrong as , quote, it was not a contract it was an estimate several times no attempt at an apology . Further the salesman told me my old doors would be cleared away but did not put it on paperwork he also told me the fitter would be my personal contact for any future problems , I was told by fitters ,, crocodile have their own service team, so Customer relations no star
