I booked a survey visit to replace a damaged single roller door. After the survey, the sales guy quoted an initial price of £2500 for a single door - my neighbour had a double door fitted by the same company for less than £2000 a few weeks before. I already had all the electrics etc in place. I then had two chasing phone calls from their office reducing the price to £1700 due to 'cancellations in my area'. I don't think so! If you go with them, don't accept the first price you get given! I'm now going to a local company that is both cheaper and has a bit better customer satisfaction rating.
