I have never experienced so many problems by returning an item ever than on crocs.eu The size didn’t fit and I wanted to send it back. I have been to 3 logistics companies, nobody wanted go accept this parcel because that was not a shipping address, it was just the address. I contacted customer support 2 times. The only answer: we don’t control the tariffs of the logistics companies. The shipment with Post AT costs 20 Euro to return a parcel with item which costs 24 Euro. You have to make the normal shipping label for the fix price like the other internet shops. But of course you don’t care. The only feedback I can leave: I will never buy anything from this website.
