I bought the kadee flip 1 year ago and this item broke while walking. If I was walking a bit faster I would have fallen and hurt myself. I reached out to customer service hoping they could send a replacement however they were only willing to give a 15% discount. For a worldwide brand that would risk selling faulty products with so resolution for their product is a shame. I have purchased so many products and spoke so highly over the years.but today they have lost a loyal customer and any future recommendations.

So I ordered Clog and Flip using the size guide they have on website. The size was still one size too big. Usually companies mention if the style of the shoe is a bit tight or loose and then you round up or down but for them they said to round up the shoe size. So the size guide did not work for me. For a company that doesnt have friendly return policy their size guide should be on point unless this is how they want to make money. Then i have to pay for the return cost which is half price of the shoes, from denmark. I cant exchange the shoes at a shop either. I contacted the customer service and they keep going in loop about it with no clear answer. They concluded by saying they can offer 20% off for next order but thats not even equivalent to the return shipping cost. So overall it was a really bad experience and they have bad return policies. Even small companies offer free return policy. Now I am stuck with two pair of shoes that are too big for me to use. Also for the customer service on whatsapp, the system is bad. I send them a message and they say agent will be with you shortly, which is anywhere from 5-40min and then if i am not able to reply within 3min they already end the chat. So I had to start chat 10 times with them. Also they dont allow you to edit delivery address as soon as you put the order. When i contacted customer service about it they said they will try but cant guarantee it will change and will get back to me with updates. They didnt update me and I was lucky that the delivery guy called me when he found something wrong with address but sometimes delivery guys also just leave the package at front door. So I could have basically lost the package.

Ordered crocs sents back because to big. Still waiting refund 32 working days later. Customer service just cut you off live chat . Will never buy from them again !!!! Shame really as looked really comfy

Ordered 2pairs of crocs beginning of March. These need to be returned. The aftersales is diabolical 😩 the company agreed for returns & sent an email with details on how to get the returns form. Every time I put in my order number, I'm told it does not exist 😳 Emails from Croc are extremely slow with several case ref numbers given…. Last resort is to contact via WhatsApp 8pm tonight (Sunday) Too expensive via mobile 😢

DISGUSTING !!!! I have been trying to order some crocs from the uk website and can't. The screen goes blank at the final stage after placing the order and entering all my details. The phone number is down. With no other way of speaking to a human via phone. I've been on live chat for over a hour, spoke to 3 different people. Ive followed there instructions and..... Re ordered 3 times, Tried entering my details manually, Used a different device twice, Downloaded the app and tried ordering via. I was instructed to do all this and still to no avail. I then returned to live chat where agent "cherry" was rude, told me to simply try in 24hrs and ended chat. I've been left feeling disgusted.

I had delivered tro crocs at the web site of the crocs and ı washed them warmed water their shapes and size deformed and edge band was out, I wrote the alive chat of the crocs but they did not listen to me ended the conversation rudely. The customer service are terrible and the product has no warranty. If I bougth this product at amazon I am sure they would help us.

Abysmal firm theve had 400 on star reviews in less than two year on a well known review dite why domebody dosent take this formally I don't know this time excuse for order not going thtough said is the address banks got gor you szne as your billing address I said yes I've ordered lots online dince their order that's gone through and bern delivered fine no apology no nothing imgonna get my ctocs off amazon they didnt seem to care when I said that to them

I have read the reviews and feel I need to write this.I bought a pair of classic lined clogs for my wife for XMAS delivery was a little slow due to customs backlog in the UK however when they arrived they were 5 stars perfect fit exactly as described and I will be placing another order for myself today.

Would gice zero stars if i could avoid at all costs. Ordered 8th December, it was a Christmas present so plenty of time. Recieved an email update confirming the order was in transit 11th Dec. By the 18th Dec it was still the same status contacted Crocs, advisors were disgraceful, said there was a delay updating my status over the weekend and to contcat again if it hadn't been updated in 24/48 hours. I tried to ask if that meant it was further along in the chain and recieved a generic response asking to give another 24/48 hours and was cut off. This happened repeatedly. On the 19th Dec still no update so contacted another advisor and was given the same generic message and cut off so as I had asked another question I got put into a queue for a different advisor this happened a few times and each time I was given the 24/48 hours line and cut off. Contcated them again 20th Dec, this advisor was more helpful and said they could send a replacement, but it wouldn't be here in time for Christmas. So now I'm left with no Christmas present and not enough time to order a replacement. Even though the advisor today offered a replacement and initiated a refund the conversation was cut off while I was in the middle of typing a question and now I've been waiting for another agent to pick it uo for 30mins. I dont believe they had the stock to fulfill my order, will never order from them again

Crocs are a joke promised me replacements for broken crocs strap snapped great on phone but have not sent any i should have read the reviews first terrible customer service you ring uk customer services and get put through to bulgaria four pounds for call got nowhere

Placed an order on-line, right after 5 mins tried to change size obviously before it was even dispatched, they say it’s company policy you can’t. What a joke of a company this is !!! Customer Service is so unprofessional and unhelpful now awaiting wrong size to deliver god knows when then return it & refund Don’t USE THIS COMPANY ON LINE !!!!

Terrible company. Like pulling teeth from a crocodile to get a refund. Delivery takes forever and the item received was faulty. Sent it back and they don’t bother to get back in touch. I have had to chase and email. Getting nowhere. Do yourself a favour and do not buy directly. Customer services are shockingly bad.

AVOID. They take orders for items they don't have stating 5 day delivery. When they don't deliver and you cancel they send you a returns label for items that you haven't received!! They tell you that when you do eventually receive them then send them back and you will receive a refund 10 days after they receive them. WHAT A CON AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Great shoes let down by awful service.

Nothing wrong with the actual clogs but…. The website kept rejecting my card details so I tried 3 times and gave up. 10 days later I receive 3 identical items, forcing me to go to the post office to return 2. I wonder how long reimbursement will take. Not terribly efficient. Maybe try Amazon next time?!

Orders crocs from official website around 3 weeks ago, they wasn’t shipped out till a week after ordering, In today’s market this is unacceptable Amazon delivers the same day in most cases, Such a huge company with terrible service, Order the b-tech from Amazon you wouldn’t know the difference plus there only in house shoes not that serious for quality control etc
