The website kept rejecting my card details so I tried 3 times and gave up. 10 days later I receive 3 identical items, forcing me to go to the post office to return 2. I wonder how long reimbursement will take.
Not terribly efficient. Maybe try Amazon next time?!”

“My mate got absolutely blasted (like proper doesn’t know where he is blasted) and run off in to the night. I spent 3 hours walking around our village with his girlfriend looking for him with nothing other than these crocs on my feet. Oh boy. When we got home I felt like my feet had spent the evening in a spa. Boy oh boy. So smooth on my feet. The little bobbles on the inside rubbed against the soles of my feet and made my feet feel smooth as butter. I can not recommend these enough. 10/10”
“Poor customer service including delivery. No card was left by their courier so I had to do my own chasing in order to find out who their UK carrier is (Parcelforce). Finally managed to get a redelivered but was appalled by their online customer service chat team. She told me to contact the carrier (at the time, I only knew of the European carrier and their website was not user friendly) and gave no further advice.
I will not be buying my son’s Crocs directly from the website anymore. Their customer service and courier partners leave a lot to be desired”
“I wasn't available to receive the delivery, nor was I able to collect from the post office and feared it would be returned to the depot. I contacted customer services who were very helpful. They were more than happy to re-deliver to an alternative address at no extra cost to myself...a nice touch as I thought I'd have to pay for delivery again. Thank you crocs for spot on customer service.”
