Paid over £30 for 2x 2L pots (1x Echinacea, 1x Achillea) as a gift, early July. Echinacea was advertised as blooming June-September but arrived already cut back, not even to a leaf node, just the tops of the old blooms, and not cut back low enough to promote more growth later in the season. Achillea was also extremely small and of poor quality (very small for the pot size, very minimal leaf and flowering stems). Upon sending some feedback to them I was told their plant experts had looked at the images I had sent, and that the Echinacea had completed it's blooming cycle (possible, but then why not advertise that on the page?), and that the Achillea had a good root system in relation to the size of the plant - how they can see the root system through a pot I don't know...
I always shop in garden centres so I can see the quality of the plants up close but this was a long distance birthday gift so was not possible. I took a risk on a recommendation, and assumed expensive would mean good quality, but I was wrong. Read the other Crocus review pages for a full impression of this company - avoid at all costs.
