DON'T USE CROCUS
DON'T USE CROCUS! paid for "named day delivery" items never arrived even though customer services confirmed delivery for 5pm. Following day, still no delivery been on hold for 20mins waiting for an update from customer service. Won't be using their services again and will be seeking compensation.
Spoken to Crocus they don't offer compensation. I either have to cancel the order or wait in for the delivery. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR A FIRST AND LAST TIME CUSTOMER
