I placed an order for plants on the 17th May - these were marked in stock on the website. Payment was made. I received a notification three days later that plants had been dispatched but nothing has arrived. Had I of known it would take this long I would have just gone to my local garden centre. Ive sent an email to their customer service but have not received any reply. My first and definitely my last time to use Crocus will stick with Sarah Raven for my online purchases.
