Covid - 19 is no excuse for appalling management.I have waited 5 weeks for my plants,yesterday I was informed they had been dispatched,no info who was delivering,or offer of text,email or tracking.the only info was that they would be delivered over the next 3 days between 8am & 8pm !! I am now trapped at home waiting.Cross fingers they are not dead like some peoples.
Obviously overwhelmed,but should have called a halt to people ordering if unable to give a decent service
