Shopped and purchased a set of rotors for my Benz and got a message saying I was refunded and they were the wrong ones. I went back into my acct and pulled the screen shot of exactly my ride and the rotors shown and got this snarky message back from Sam Hello LIke I said, once you select the vehicle, show me where this product is listed. I know very well what happened, I even have your browsing history, here it is, you landed on a random product from a google ad campaign, then you selected your vehicle, then, once you saw the prices, you went back to the original product and you purchased that one knowing very well it wasn't for your truck, that's exactly what happened, You know very well that 300$ for all 4 rotors for this truck is impossible, especially not a performance kit. I won't honor anything, you did not buy a kit that was a search result of your vehicle lookup, you simply bought the first thing you saw. Ya I bought the first thing I saw. It was a good deal. If I could add a picture here I’d show the proof as well.
