Crossnet is an amazing company. We purchased one for our 13 yo daughter. We used it as a family multiple times, so we chose to set us up for a backyard after school party. Unfortunately, one of the kids tripped and completely destroyed one of the nets. A quick email and photo documentation of the problem led to us receiving the isolated part we needed! Suburb costumer service. (Does that even happen in todays world?.?.). I highly recommend this company and this product.
