Ordered May 25th and received Jun 19th. I was intially told I would receive the product within a week. After several emails and numerous apologies from customer service, I finally received my product. Havent used it yet since I planned to use it for my sons party on the 11th. Tried to get a refund after the second week and kept getting apologies and promises on shipment but no tracking provided. There is no number you can call so not easy to communicate through emails. I went directly to the site in hopes of getting my product quickly as opposed to Amazon but that was a huge mistake. Not happy with how long it took my order and the responses to my emails. False promises and apologies didn't get the product to me any faster.
