Horrible customer service. Sent 2 emails to customer service with no responses. First email to check status of order since it had been weeks since I placed my order with no shipping notification. I got no response so I sent a cancelation notice because I went a bought one locally at Dick's Sporting Goods. No response to that one either. They still shipped my order 2 weeks later. Never deal with them again.
