Seriously, I can NOT remember when I have had a worst experience assembling an item. Even with 5 people we were unable to get the correct tension on the four poles. I need to send back
this item before some one goes crazy with frustration. Also, when playing volleyball, I assume that a ball or person will occasionally hit the net AND the whole thing will come tumbling down. Construction is not made for phyical play.
How can I return this item ??
