Absolutely shocking customer service.. Can not even clearly answer a question truthfully or even have the decency to respond to emails once they realise no new sale is coming and money...
We feel the company is holding us to ransom over a recent booked holiday which has been postponed to extract more money out of us which is totally unacceptable.
I will 100% never go near this company again. It has to be the worst experience with a holiday company we have experienced
