“Cruise nation changed our flights from miami to Manchester changing at Atlanta. At the last minute. We were supposed to fly from miami to Orlando. We had booked premium economy and paid extra. Now we can't book flight seats. Spike to a very rude man who said you can only book seats 24 hrs before you fly. Tried to explain We booked seats previously 2 weeks before and his attitude was dreadful”

It’s not until you have a problem you realise they are only great while taking your money.
Customer service is sloppy at best, at times arrogant.
I Sail this Saturday (2 days) and I don’t have tickets. Called them Tuesday and they could not care less. 57 minutes on hold then Margaret did not want reference number or name just said we are doing the 10th and 11th now. That was 2 days ago and still nothing.
I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

“What ever you do, do not book with Cruise Nation - they are the most expensive cruise company in the UK. Just phone some of the other cruise companies, Quote the Cruise Nation price and Cruise 1st or Cruise.co.uk will beat the cruise nation price hands down often by £100's of pounds. These companies help by passing down the discount they are awarded from the cruise company (Cruise Nation don't do this) They don't inform you about loyalty points either which can be transferred on to other cruise ships meaning even more savings.”
“Recently booked a first cruise and stay deal for a 10 night cruise with Cruise Nation.
Had a displeasure of dealing with Kayleigh, who was not the friendliest initially. However, things got worse when the cruise confirmation came though the email and there were a few errors in our booking. Regarding flights and dining times.
I got in touch again to rectify this and felt under a verbal attack from Kayleigh who insisted she didn't do anything wrong and its all my fault.
I was gobsmacked and felt that I had, what I could genuinely call, the worst customer service experience in my life. Especially where a large sum of money is involved too.
I ended up having to write an email of complaint as Kayleigh didn't want to help me any further. They got back in touch without an apology or acknowledgement of the poor service I was given.
They have offered to change flights for an additional payment, but didn't even say sorry for the shocking time I had with their customer service agent.
I will never choose this company again, and can't say I even look forward to our honeymoon cruise as the whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth.

“Booked a cruise for beginning of Jan 2021, was informed that cruise was cancelled in October 2020 it is now mid Feb 2021 and still being told awaiting cruise company cancel cruise even though we would have been and come back a month ago. We feel the company is holding us to ransom over a recent booked holiday which has been postponed to extract more money out of us which is totally unacceptable.

JUST NOT WORTH THE STRESS
They used to to be good, but now they have a new computer system they are a waste of time.
Just spent 2 hours trying to book on line - tried 6 times choose the cruise, the flights, the hotel and the cabin. then hit book now, every time the system would start to move then just never went anywhere.
Tried to call 3 of their published phone numbers only to get the message "Service is not available try again later" have tried for 3 hours to get through. At last at 12 noon it rang and someone answered, gave them the reference of the cruise and went through what we wanted, they said they would check and get back. Which they did half an hour later, and yes everything was right except the hotel was further out of Rome than we had asked for and the price had gone up again, but we said we would accept that price if they changed to the other hotel (which was the same price) 2 more calls later and they got back and said that we could have the hotel and it was the same price. Confirmed all the details and they said they need to confirm the flights.Half an hour later phoned back and said that the price had gone up by £50 we were not happy and they agreed to the original price. Gave our card details and again they said they would call back. Half an hour later they called back and said that the price had now gone up an extra £150. this was after processing the charge.
WE HAVE WASTED 2 HOURS LAST NIGHT AND MOST OF TODAY TRYING TO BOOK A CRUISE, BOTH ON THEIR HOPELESS WEBSITE AND SPEAKING TO THEIR REALLY STRESSED STAFF, WITH THEIR SYSTEM FAILING AT TIMES. THE PRICE ALWAYS GOES UP WITH THEM, BUT THIS HAS JUST BEEN RIDICULOUS

“Never booked with cruise nation, when you enquire they do not call back. Made 3 enquires this year and only one reply which was £450 each more expensive that the company we booked with.
Called yesterday morning with an enquiry and told I would be called back later as they were busy. On other occasions asked for a reference which I did not have as it was a specific cruise not one off the emails. Never received a reply. Not good service. I would point out however we have friends who use cruise nation and have had some great deals.
I am not keen on dealing with home workers who have the tv on and children in the background.”
“Terrible. Booked and they rang me up the next day telling me it was the incorrect price on their site and they would not honor the price even though I had booked hotel and flights. Seem like they try and scam people into paying more money and hidden fees. I went direct instead and had a great experience. Never again”
