"Booked many times with the company, who used to be great. \r\nIt\u2019s not until you have a problem you realise they are only great while taking your money. \r\nCustomer service is sloppy at best, at times arrogant. \r\nI Sail this Saturday (2 days) and I don\u2019t have tickets. Called them Tuesday and they could not care less. 57 minutes on hold then Margaret did not want reference number or name just said we are doing the 10th and 11th now. That was 2 days ago and still nothing. \r\nI would AVOID AT ALL COSTS. \r\nShocking and need investigating."
