I tried for weeks to get in touch with Cruse for advice on now to support my partner who had recently suffered a loss. All I got every time was a recorded message that you were too busy and then the call was ended. The lack of care and empathy was disgusting and thanks to you, she is now under counselling for an eating disorder and severe depression. Thanks For Nothing!!
