Following completion of a garage conversion and full payment it became apparent that there are elements of the work that do not meet the standard of the building warrant. This is something that should be easy to resolve however the complete lack of any customer service is making this process impossible. A socially distant phone call or email response to reassure that this matter is being taken seriously would go along way at this point.
I am left with the view that CSJ has no interest in dealing with customer after care of concerns.
