After a previous bad experience of tradesman in the house we were hopeful that having new windows installed was not going to cause any problems. I don't usually respond to people who come to my door to suggest I might need windows etc but from the first representative of CSJ to the last I was made to feel that we mattered as customers. From the girls on the phone to the guys who installed the windows I found everyone conscientious, friendly and hard working. The workmanship is beautiful and our home was left spotless. We have no hesitation in recommending this company. Roll on next week when the new doors arrive. Honestly if you want cheap this is not the firm for you but you definitely get what you pay for and a guarantee with it. Thanks CSJ
