So many things went wrong with the fitting of my front door. Initially we were told our doors were damaged the day before the fit date so we had to wait another month. Not a great start. After fitting the doors (both front & back) CSJ had to return several times to replace the front wall panelling, initially due to staining and a dent and then because it wasn’t straight and in the end damaged the rough cast. They returned again without any communication to replace it again, although damage is still visible and the fitting of the right side panel makes the door look bevelled. I sent a letter recorded delivery to the top boss and he didn’t even do the courtesy of a reply. Very disappointing as I had such high hopes given the other reviews and that of my mother who had work done.
