I had a visit from the agent on the Friday and windows were surveyed by the Tuesday. The agent and the surveyor were very efficient and thorough. My appointment to have them fitted was arranged for the next week, the job was not easy as the windows in my flat were very old and in bad condition, the fitters did a great job and i am especially happy with the bedroom window which was in a sorry state. Would recommend them highly great job.
