I liked that there was no 'haggling' and false 'discounts' the price quoted was what it would cost, plain and simple. communication with the company was easy and they were quick and flexible throughout the whole process. Everything went smoothly and so far I am satisfied with the finished product (only recently installed so winter will be the real test). There were a little more expensive than the quotes I had from larger 'national' companies but I immediately felt more comfortable when visited for a quote and information online appeared more consistently positive.
