The unprofessional, insulting & outdated choice of the sales team to refuse to visit me at my property to assess what work I want done - until my husband is also there. Both he and I had told 3 of their reps he works away and that I was doing all the ground work. Unbelievably misogynistic practice. Lost a big job and big sale.
