Our chilly living room had new CSJ bay window installed. A number of houses in the street have these windows too. The guys came when they said they would and it took no time at all. There was a bit too much sales patter we could have done without. There was a wee scratch on one of the panes but there was no problem in replacing it. So delighted were we with the new bay window we had the upstairs bay done too. Take that! north-east winds!
