I was very happy with the overall experience of dealing with CSJ. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. From a sales perspective, the products were fully explained and models shown, which helped convey the overall quality of the product. From a cost perspective, I'm quite sure they are not the cheapest, however one has to take into consideration the quality of the product and the workmanship of the installation team. I worked with CSJ with regards to their installation dates, so recevied a more favourable quote as a result of that. The installation team were very effecient and had the work completed, to a high standard, within 1.5 days (8 windows, 1 door). I am delighted with the result and would certainly use CSJ again and recommend them to my friends.
