Their employee, Claudia, assisted me with what was apparently a server issue over the course of nearly a week in order to figure out how I could purchase a product on their site. Claudia was incredibly understanding and sweet, and the website worked like a dream once the errors were processed. I received my package promptly, and simply because I informed them of the server error, they packed me two additional similar figurines for free, as well as an extra free gift! I have never been more grateful for and touched by a package I ordered, and my partner, who received the initial gift, was very happy. The products were all in perfect condition, and the package was wrapped and packaged incredibly securely. I have no complaints or concerns, and I will certainly purchase from Cuddle Decor again!
