The website for Cuddle Decor is easy to maneuver and I; as a 74 year senior, can't say that about other websites I've tried. After ordering, I receive an e-mail confirming my order and I am kept up-to-date as to the shipping status. I live in Nebraska, so this information is essential. All products I've ordered from Cuddle Decor arrive safely, secured with thick tape and marked "Fragile". I have never had to send anything back or write the owner of Cuddle Decor with a complaint. My daughters enjoy the figurines I've gifted them, so I remain and will remain a Cuddle Decor customer.
