My husband purchased me an engagement ring 25 years ago and although I love it, had always planned on upgrading to a larger stone. After doing some research I discovered that the price of a diamond in 2.5ct was simply not achievable for us so I set about looking into alternatives. They were able to remove my old stone and create a new setting to fit the new larger stone perfectly and then re-attach that to my original engagement ring.
