“I ordered from Cullen Moissanite, and they shipped it via the way they normally do. One the package got to Canada I was never contacted for duties and taxes, and my package said it was delivered to somewhere in Mississauga. I am heartbroken that the ring is lost somewhere. However, Cullen gave me a full refund due to the fact this was totally out of there control.”

“I dealt with Michael via facebook messenger to design my dream ring, his responses were prompt and he went over every detail with me to ensure it was all perfect. They then held my wishes on file so that when the time came - which turned out to be much quicker than I thought - my partner could contact them and let them know I had already given them all the details. The ring is absolutely stunning, I can't take my eyes off it and have had so many compliments about the size as well as the beauty of it. My partner and I are very excited to return to get our wedding bands created. From the bottom of my heart - thank you to the team at Cullen Moissanite for making this process so smooth!”

“My ring is BEAUTIFUL! It is better than I could ever imagine, and more beautiful than my mock up design. The team were incredible and made the process stress free and easy. They made my ring exactly how I wanted and kept me updated along the way. My dream ring and the dream ring. This is not my last time getting my jewelry made with them that’s for sure. “Really happy with the service. Was served by Ben who was really knowledgeable and helped us to custom design the ring. Initially I didn't know what I wanted but he helped me with some advice on what would work practically for my lifestyle which was great as it was something I had not considered before. The end product was amazing. I have been telling all of my friends!”

“I have been meaning to leave this review for some time. The experience I had at Cullen Moissanite was simply perfect. Every aspect of the process was easy, transparent and comfortable. I felt completely confident that the ring would turn out exactly as I had pictured as they showed me the design and allowed me to make changes until it was perfect. The end result was just as I had imagined. It fit me perfectly and the quality is simply amazing. I will certainly be back for more!”

“We did some proper research into the jewellery industry before deciding on what jeweller to go with and found out some interesting things. With the competitiveness in the industry at the moment a lot of jewellers are cutting corners by having rings made up overseas and using dodgy gold. We also read about diamonds being fraudulently passed off as 'ethically mined' when in many cases they are not. This was very upsetting for us as we did not want to support that industry in any way. That is when we came across moissanite, an ethical alternative to diamonds. The only thing we needed then was to find a jeweller who was making the rings in Australia from quality gold, we stumbled upon Cullen Moissanite after reading some of their reviews online and then decided to give them a call to sus them out. From the moment we spoke to Jordan we were filled with confidence, he knows what he is talking about and was really honest and open with us. We already knew the ring we wanted and they created a really great life like design for us so we could visualise the ring and make any small adjustments before going ahead. The ring turned out exactly as per the design and the quality and workmanship was second to none. We couldn't be happier to support such a company and will certainly be passing on recommendations for years to come!”

“With all the craziness surrounding covid it was great to be able to jump on the phone and talk to a lovely staff member from Cullen Moissanite and have them talk me through the whole process and make it so easy for me to understand. “This ring had been a long time coming, we had shopped around for months and I had not been able to find the exact ring that I was after. I knew I could get it custom made but most places I talked to charged exceptionally high prices for custom pieces, however Cullen Moissanite were able to custom make the ring free of charge which was really helpful for us as our budget was only $3,000. In the end we came up under budget and the ring turned out exactly as I wanted. (I had some images that I found online of a few rings and wanted elements from both) All in all it was a wonderful experience with Ben being extremely helpful and keeping me in the loop at every stage.”
