They sent me an EMPTY box and their customer service is nonexistent. They do not take any calls, and take hours to reply to emails. They offered no explanation or compensation, saying that they pack things 'carefully'. SO HOW DID NO ITEMS ARRIVE???
They were just overall awful to talk to. Probably the worst and most disrespectful customer service experience ever.
