I’m beyond, beyond shocked at the Customer Service and overall experience I’ve had. I placed an order with next day delivery as I was going out of the country and needed to stock up on a few things, it was meant to be delivered on a Friday, Friday comes and goes, the parcel does not get delivered. I message Customer Service who initially was helpful and apologetic, telling me to reach out again if the parcel doesn’t get delivered by 9 PM and they’ll give me a refund. When I’ve had to message again, I was told to wait for 48 hours for delivery. I would’ve been out of the country in 48 hours, so I’ve had to go and spend mire money to replace the items in this. I had to sacrifice the time I was going to spend with my family to run around like a headless chicken because people couldn’t do their jobs. It’s been a week now since I’ve been trying to get my money back from them, Natalia from the customer relations team needs to be fired instantly, the girl can’t do her job to save her life. She messaged days ago saying I will be receiving a refund, no word about that since, so I followed up again and she’s suddenly asking me to confirm my email (The same one she used to email me at first, so confused why she’s asking to confirm it) to send me a label. What label and for what, only she knows.

Cult beauty has the worst costumer service ever. They do not have a live chat nor phone. You have to leave a message on their website and someone will get to you a day after ignoring everything you say and give you a vague answer. When you request a return your message simply gets ignored. Cult beauty you are not sleek, you are disgusting! I will keep spreading how horrible you are. Please avoid at ALL costs if you do not want to waste your time and money.

Customer service non existent, extremely slow delivery, packet dumped at the front door in the rain by delivery company cult beauty use, products missing, one of the products delivered was an empty packet. Will never order again. Avoid!!!

They are not even providing receipt, I Have to keep on texting to even know what is happening. I would definitely not recommend buying from this side.

I regret to say that my experience with Cult Beauty has been nothing short of a nightmare. This company’s approach to customer service is negligent, dismissive, and, frankly, deceptive. I encountered a serious issue involving unauthorized charges and an unwanted voucher, and Cult Beauty has not only failed to resolve it but has actively avoided accountability. To recount: I initially attempted to purchase a voucher using my Swedbank card, but the transaction failed, as confirmed by an email stating that payment could not be processed. I then successfully completed the transaction using my Revolut card. To my disbelief, €50 was subsequently deducted from my Swedbank card without my consent, and a second voucher—entirely unnecessary and unwanted—was issued to me. This charge was made without any prior communication or authorization, which is both unethical and unacceptable. Since raising this issue, Cult Beauty has done nothing to address my concerns. Instead, their customer support has ignored my clear and repeated explanations, refused to acknowledge their error, and blatantly lied by claiming that the second voucher has already been used—an outright falsehood. This is not just poor service; it feels like an attempt to gaslight the customer into dropping the matter. Their failure to provide any meaningful answers or to rectify this situation is an insult to anyone who values transparency and integrity. Cult Beauty’s handling of this issue has caused unnecessary stress and wasted hours of my time. It’s appalling that a company of this size would treat its customers with such disregard. I strongly urge anyone considering shopping with Cult Beauty to think twice. If anything goes wrong, expect to be met with evasiveness, dishonesty, and zero accountability. This is not a company that values its customers or respects basic ethical standards.

This company is an absolute disgrace! I placed an order, they sent me an incorrect order with nothing I ordered in it! Instead of shipping the correct products they took a week to get back to me! Closed my account refunded the money and refused to ship to my address!!!!!!! This level of customer service is appalling, I ordered gifts for Christmas over Black Friday and they will not honour my order!

Processing my order after 4 days. Pretty sure they lost it in the warehouse. Even after contacting them every day on every platform they just refuse to pack it. Happy to go pick it up myself if it’s such a huge effort. Now they can explain my friend why she doesn’t have a birthday gift.

Cult Beauty did not deliver my order and refused to give me a refund. This is illegal and unacceptable and I will be taking it to the financial ombudsman - I advise everyone not to order from them, their customer service is awful - chat keeps crashing and customer service are so rude and unhelpful and clearly know nothing about consumer law - just want to brush you off - especially supposed "manager" Lydia she was really unprofessional and did not understand how to do her job at all.

Do not buy from here!! I am due two refunds, was told on 2 Nov that it had been processed however no refund has been received and their customer service team just keep saying it is waiting approval…after two weeks! They have advised there is no complaint process too. Avoid!!!

I order few items for my holiday last week and my entire order came damaged and broken, setting spray bottle came broken and glass particles were everywhere, I had no other options but ti dispose everything. Mind you all the makeup was worth over £150. I reached out to them with pictures of the damaged broken items regarding my order and they keep saying that they can’t refund my money back and it’s been over a week now and they’re not willing to refund me back my money. They keep saying they’re investigating and then they refuse to refund me my money. This website need to shut down immediately as their customer service is horrible and they’re not willing help or provide any resolution for their customers! Absolutely horrible!!!!!!

Never got my products and they are giving me the run around to try and get a replacement - going by other reviews, I will likely never get it. 100s of pounds lost to thieves. Keep away and shop somewhere else.

I made a recent order for a facial oil and this wasn’t added when my order arrived… I reached out to their customer service support… the first person who responded to my claim was clearly clueless who didn’t look up my details to see that my claim was correct… I then proceeded to send yet another message with more information showing them that I did order this but the oil wasn’t added. I asked that this should be sent via next day delivery as it was clearly their fault and three whole days later, I am yet to receive any email confirmation showing this is on the way. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ZERO

Unbelievably bad customer service when things go wrong. A parcel was lost by Evri but the way cult beauty have handled it has been appalling. They refused to resend items and still have my money two weeks later. A complete joke.

They have the worst customer service i have ever seen! They lost my package and for the past 6 months they have been saying it’s “under investigation”. I’ve tried countless of times to get a solution but nothing. It is the most frustrating thing ever especially since it was a big order

Purchased an item for my husband's birthday, parcel never received, 28 days later and still no updates/ replacement from Cult Beauty. Evri have confirmed they are in the wrong and assured me Cult Beauty would rectify. Despite chasing on a daily basis Cult Beauty have not responded they just keep saying it is with the investigations team Sadly will not be shopping again or recommending

Having used cult beauty for years and never had the need to complain I assumed their customer service would be good. I couldn't have been more wrong I can't actually think of any company that is worse. My package full of products for my holiday arrived yesterday with something inside clearly leaking. I immediately took photos of the sealed package and when I opened it, one of the product's lids was off. Again I photographed. My message to customer service was submitted minutes after the delivery. I have now had 4 messages, each one has asked me for photos I have already submitted and asked me what the problem is. They've asked if I've ever purchased the product from them before presumably to ascertain if I'm lying and have photographed an empty one even though they have my entire purchase history and the sealed package is saturated in oil. They then requested the batch code and expiry I sent it and a photo to be told that it wasn't the batch code... It is. I've worked in the beauty industry for 25 years. The worst thing is this product is for a holiday I go on on Wednesday. No sign of a replacement. It has frustrated me so much I will go from being one of their most frequent customers to somebody who shops at their competitors. Avoid at all costs

The worst most infuriating customer service experiences of my life. Continously though as it’s not happened just once!!!! 30 messages to deal with one issue, every customer service agent is different so you have to repeat the entire story everytime then get asked for the same information over and over again because they are too lazy to go through the thread themselves!!!! I’m a level three customer too. Also, what company gives you a £25 gift card for your birthday but you’ve got to spend over £100 to use it. Doesn’t make sense!!!

Awful, faceless company. Nobody knows what they're doing, they contradict themselves and you need to send about 30 emails before you receive a response - all asking for different things! I'd never order from them again!

I have been a devoted customer of CultBeauty for so many years, thus have entrusted to buy products from this company and never thinking of this happening from a reputable source. I was eagerly awaiting my courier to deliver my package of the Danessa Myricks Groundwork palette and as soon as they came I opened it. Firstly there was no cellophane covering the box which indicated that this palette has been opened and not new. Once I opened the paper package, the pallete had an indent on the side and a white patchy mark (seen on the attached photos). I didnt want to be discouraged but my husband watched my heart sink when I opened the palette and saw that every shadow was not only scratched but dug into with a small brush and used while the packaging smells on a strong womans parfume which indicates furthermore it has been used and then shipped to me as a customer. A mold is present as well on one shadow as seen in the pictures. I truly need the person that is employed in the delivery warehouse to be held accountable for these foul actions that caused such distress for me, in my postpartum period as a customer that needed a pickme-up luxury item, and got utter horror in return. This person should not be employed since my vision of CultBeauty is a company I have trusted for years and these actions of someone being able to sleep peacefully using foul play is beyond words. I was going back and forth with them via messages on their official site, telling me wait for 4 days, then again nothing thus me writing again to be told wait for 3 more, and so on for weeks. After I have had enough, I wrote to the Consumer right protection center, to Danessa Myricks as well to stop using them as a supplier, and on their instagram to let others see that this company is no longer what it was but a SCAM. Look into their social media customer comments stating the same things and them just answering via bots and doing nothing. I got my money back after three weeks because I was being loud and doing what everyone should, dont keep quiet, since they stall with resolving your issues because of their 30 day return policy.
