Well I have just left a one star review of this company having been loyal since 2019. I ordered four separate orders over a period of a week. My first parcel and most expensive has been lost and will they do anything about it? NO. They say it was delivered but no photo proof. The parcel is worth over £200.

I tried to send my order. Sadly so had trouble using the return site and asked for help. The E-mail Adresses didn’t work?? The chatbox didn’t work?? And the service on Instagram made me wait until TODAY. They didn’t respond for a week. I kept running in circles until finally Thashnie on the chatbox (the chat system finally suddenly worked?) helped me. Other than Thashnie nobody helped me and I was at the end of my nerves. Five stars for Thashnie only Not satisfied with the rest of the service at all

I’ve had one order that disappeared, another order that I received with unsealed products and then another order that I sent back to try and get a refund but was told that they don’t refund because the products were unsealed!! I mean they ship unsealed products but we can’t return unsealed products? never never again!

I have just received an email stating that the item I bought has been delivered to a 'safe place' as no one was in. I have been in all day and there is no sign of the item. I have tried to look for customer service details, but they don't have a phone number and you can only contact them if you have an account, which I don't. I would strongly advise anyone not to purchase anything from this company.

Absolutely the worst customer support I ever contacted! My order was sent in a wrong country (EU), even though the address I put was in the US. I encountered no accountability from the customer support whatsoever. If you plan to purchase anything - just don't waste your time and money.

The customer service team are a disgrace. Asking me the same questions over and over and over. I ordered a Bader Rich Cream - after 3 pumps it was empty! They keep asking me for batch number but there isn’t one and I sent them all photos to prove this. Low and behold they just keep asking for it. I’ve asked to be raised as a complaint numerous times - they just ask for batch number again! I assume they are selling counterfeit goods. Never again ordering from them. Will contact Trading Standards.

Twice I have not received items due to shipping restrictions(they were not mentioned on the website when u made the order). Customer service just replied that this happens. Never going to order from them again.

They sent me the wrong item, then refused to send me the item I had paid for until I sent it back. They must be breaching some kind of legislation.

This company stole my money - didn't deliver my product and then closed my account when I complained about not receiving my product - refused to let me speak to a manager - I am contacting the ombudsman and trading standards

Bought from cult beauty for Christmas present for my daughter. Order did not arrive after 10 days so I contacted them. I was told the delivery was lost in transit and the money would be re funded back after 5 days. Waited 5 days this did not happen so contacted them again and was told it was delivered. I have a ring doorbell and there was no delivery on that day nor did I have any notification or proof of delivery by signature or photo evidence. Took out a dispute and was basically told it was delivered and we trust Evri the courier they used. They sent a screen shot saying delivered. The items cost me over £130 and have had no goods or no refund so please be careful of these scammers you have no consumer rites with them as they just say it's been delivered without any evidence whatsoever. Disappointed child at christmas and an empty bank balance.

keep getting emails asking to share my experience after a recent order and I had held off hoping to get some level of customer service to resolve an issue with delivery but sadly that hasn't happened. Evri left 2 parcels from Cult Beauty outside a closed business about 300 yards from my address. The parcels weren't signed for and when I walked down within 30 mins to pick them up, the parcels were not there. Cult Beauty asked me to fill in a claims form, which I returned swiftly. I was told to wait 3-5 days to here back....I queried this, as the customer, they can see from the proof of delivery image the parcels weren't left at my address, I requested a replacement knowing there was a free gift with purchase and sale items that would likely go out of stock whilst I had to wait for Evri to investigate. The same templated email was sent to me from different 'customer service' advisors, nobody was able to explain this process to me, only apologising and thanking me for my patience. One person told me to wait 3-5 days and the next told me to wait until 11 January...2 weeks for an update?! All of this correspondence only via email as you have no number to speak to anyone. This issue comes weeks after another issue with an Evri delivery where the parcel arrived repacked and missing 2 items. Today i received a reply confirming a replacement will be sent. Hooray! When I reply to askwhat will happen with the items now out of stock due to the delay in replacement being arranged, another person emails back thanking me for my patience whilst they investigate and asks me to continue to be patient and wait for an update from Evri?! So am I getting a replacement or not...?!? I can't stress this enough...I have been a loyal customer for many years spending £1000s with your company. Unfortunately once this issue is resolved, I'll be spending my money with companies that chose a more premium delivery service and have a better customer care team that aren't programmed to send templated emails adding negative value to the customer experience when things do go wrong. Do not recommend. Beyond frustrated having spent money, not received my orders and appalling email templates as customer service. Do better

Oh that’s too late to see this site. I am one of client being cheated by this site. It’s a scam. I paid for it and also with tax and custom . But never receive the things. When I reach the customer services , only can send message via the site but they keep repeating the reply email to ask me fill in the form which I filled in already . And never reply my questions , they can’t tell when the courier drop off the things , date and time . So it obviously it had never deliver my package . That is so crazy ! I can’t believe it said to be a luxury cosmetic site did that. And once I search online I find there are many client like me got same experience . So obviously It’s a cheating site but not just one incidents . So angry about that

Over a month arguing about missing order. CULT BEAUTY team can't provide info. where order missed and they don't give my money back for ordered products. CULT BEAUTY team asking the same questions but no help is provided over a mont. DO NOT RECOMEND TO BUY FROM HERE. SCAM.
