Terrible experience with Cult Beauty. I received The Ordinary products with only 6 months before expiry. When I complained, customer service tried to brush it off by saying "6M means 6 months after opening" — completely wrong! They even sent replacements with the same short expiry dates. I asked for a refund with return postage covered, but they keep delaying and ignoring my concerns.My return has not been resolved. The return link you sent was completely unusable, and as of today (5th September 2025) nothing has been arranged or refunded. This is not acceptable. I will never shop here again — be careful before buying from Cult Beauty!
