I ordered some perfume, it came smelling strongly of alcohol and it gave me a headache. I contacted them to arrange a return, but they wouldn't as they were doing an investigation. A mystery as to how they would do this investigation that apparently would take 3 days max and it's been 3 weeks. I returned the product at a cost to myself and I am still waiting for a refund.
Very poor company and I will take the thousands I spent with them every year elsewhere.
