Possibly the worst online shopping experience I’ve had, I made a purchase for various inky list products on here to be shipped to Cyprus. Tracking says it’s arrived in Cyprus for more than a week, I have no idea where the package is, I have no idea who to call for the package, cult beauty themselves don’t even know who to contact for the package, this is a very unscrupulous company, how can you not have contact details for the courier you work with, my package has just disappeared with no assurance that I will even get it.
This company should be shut down.
