Missing order with Hermes, replacement package was sent out 7 days later, minus 2 items (I was not told it would be minus 2 when sent). I asked (via delayed messages...there's no customer service phone number) when my other 2 items would be sent. Was told within 48 hours.
Two weeks, and about 20 useless messages later, I just want Cult Beauty out of my life now. Will never use them again, and I was a regular customer.
DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THE STRESS OF THEM.
