I paid €18 for express delivery (1-2 days). I received an email saying the due to glitch my order wasn’t processed properly so it didn’t ship until day 5 which was too late for Christmas. I emailed to get a refund for the €18 but the customer service is abysmal. Horrific company to deal with - avoid at all costs.
