Parcel did not arrive, stuck at customs for last 7 weeks and absolutely no information from cult beauty or courier. Told to contact myself. Customs state that the courier should have been in touch. Initially Cult Beaty offered return to sender and refund then retracted this and said I had to sort it out myself.
Very poor support. If shipping to Australia safer to use Mecca
