I waited 53days for my order.
The "die expected delivery date" they give you, is so far from the truth.
I planned my Christmas gifts according to their delivery dates, which should have been 16 December. Only received it 18 January.
No help from Cult as to where the parcels are, and definitely no help from FedEx Cross border.
I love the products, but I cannot understand why we have to wait that long.
Poor service I think.
